November 4th in Shetland

November 4th was an amazingly calm and picturesque day here in Shetland

Dad and I even had a wee picnic on the beach.........then we stayed up all night to share in the celebrations out west.......feeling very happy (but tired) today!

Beautiful shots...looks a lot calmer with you than here in NZ! I love the shot of you and Dad, you both look so happy and relaxed - yes, I too celebrated listening to the radio (running back and forth to the kitchen whilst girls were in the bath!) and raised my glass to Obama - bring on the change!

Great to talk to you on election night and share Obama's victory together.

Can't wait to see you.

I was amazed by how excited people in Europe were... a great time for you to be there (though it looks like there is never a bad time).
