Been There...Done That!

I was sucked into the knitting mania of the February Lady Sweater over on Ravelry and can now say that that is off my chest!!
I was a little concerned it would come out to small but the yarn grew just enough during blocking.
I think my blue tagua nut buttons go nicely, picking up the small accents of blue in the yarn.
I love the finished product and enjoyed the process of the knitting (mostly done whilst in cooler weather during a recent camping trip to Angel Island in San Francisco).
(Sorry about the colour variation)!

Pattern: February Lady Sweater by Pamela Wynne aka Flintknits
Yarn: Dream In Colour Classy, Gothic Rose from woolgirl.com (really love this yarn)

Like WOW! that is uber awesome. Ok, I want that. I love these shorter layering type cardis. I have been soooo procrastinating in knitting something substantial besides socks, you are shaming me into it. That is truly a great little cardi. And I am on vacation this week...I really should start something.

Looks beautiful. I especially like the blue buttons--very nice touch. I'm still trying to decide on yarn--I'm torn between the DIC Classy and a couple of Cascade 220 heathers that I have been looking at.

Nice work.

Very pretty. I love the buttons too, really funky and interesting. Was it knit in one piece to the arms?

You know, I liked the Adult February sweater but hadn't made it around to putting it on the list yet. This one though, inspired me. It's beautiful and the colors you chose for the yarn and buttons just bring it all together!
